The zoo is located on the outskirts of Antalya in the northwestern part of the city 13 km from the center and covers a huge area – 569 thousand square meters. Such a large area allows you to keep animals in good conditions, similar to their usual habitat. The zoo was founded in 1989 and a local natural landscape was used to create it. Most of the zoo is located on the side of a mountain.
