Black Tulpan is a memorial to the Ural warriors internationalists who died in Afghanistan and the soldiers who died in Chechnya. It is located on the square of the Soviet Army in the square of Lunacharsky – Pervomaiskaya – Mamina-Sibiryaka – Shartashskaya streets.
