Description

Casa Mila is a residential building built in Barcelona in 1906–10 by architect Antoni Gaudi for the Mila family, one of the attractions of the Catalan capital. Casa Mila was the last secular work of Gaudi, before he devoted himself entirely to the work on the Sagrada Familia temple.nThe project of this building Gaudi became innovative for its time: a well thought out natural ventilation system eliminates air conditioning, interior partitions in each apartment of the house can be moved at will, there is an underground garage. In 1984, Casa Mila was the first of the buildings of the XX century, included in the UNESCO World Heritage List.
