The menu of the restaurant was developed by the winner of the national stage of the prestigious S. Pellegrino Young Chef 2016 competition, Khazret Berdiev. Translated from Italian, Cibo means “holiday feast.” The dishes use products that are smoked, pickled and dried in the restaurant themselves. The menu is capacious, but interesting: they prepare salmon tartare with broccoli and avocado puree, veal cheeks with truffle puree and banana-vanilla pudding for dessert.
