Fountain “Romualdo and Pelagia”””

The monument was installed on the site of an old musical fountain near one of Lviv’s central restaurants.nThe fountain was rebuilt, in addition, the restaurant owners ordered the area around. The author of the project is sculptor Miroslav Goza. According to him, he worked on sculptures for more than three months. The young Italian Michelini from Crete brought a large batch of wine to Lviv and sold part of it to a Ukrainian merchant. In the merchant’s house, the Italian saw the merchant’s daughter Pelageya, whom he fell in love with, and she answered him in return.
