Hafız Mustafa was founded in 1864 by a money lender named İsmail Hakkı Zade. It is known that Hafız Mustafa was the first to find and manufacture the pastry. Hafiz Mustafa known as the first person who invented the “pogaca” ( delicious filled pastry). Here you will find one of the best pastries in Turkey.
