Tucked over in the still-developing Technopole Angus, chef/owner Marc-Andre Jetté has crafted quite the culinary outpost over four years at Hoogan & Beaufort. Centred around an in-house fire pit, there’s a distinctly earthy feel to much of the food — mushrooms (chanterelles and beyond), beets, turnips, and more all make appearances, often helping to showcase Quebec meats and fish from the province’s seas and lakes.
