Karkas

«Karkas» is a meat restaurant situated on Mala Zhytomyrska Street. The interior is designed with minimalism simplicity – a lot of brickwork, stonework and wood in finishing, solid furniture and real flowers. The menu offers Asian fusion cuisine with a focus on dishes of meat and local farm products. Specialties of the house are fares of oxtails, butcher steak with poached eggs and pork steaks with pita bread and fresh herbs. The restaurant pays a lot of attention to wine.
