Description

The Hops & Suneli menu is not just replicas of famous Caucasian dishes. This is, first of all, an author’s reading of the culinary traditions of the south of Russia. Dumplings with Black Sea flounder, Kabardian lamb loin, Abkhaz mandarin jam – in each dish, the restaurant team managed to catch a delicate balance between the original Caucasian culinary, watered by the sun, and their own gastronomic know-how.
