Former Toqué chef Luca Cianciulli and partner Maxime Landry bestowed this cozy Italian resto upon Villeray in late 2018. Pasta is the focus — there’s usually around five main options on the menu (bolstered by a few aperitivo meats and delectable crudos on the entrée list) — as with all great Italian food, simplicity is key.
