Monument to Pete and Gavrik

On Vera Kholodnaya Square, next to the noisy Preobrazhenskaya, one of the most unusual and good Odessa monuments is installed. Two skinny boys, sitting back to back and dreamily looking into the distance, where the sea is Kataev’s heroes immortalized in bronze, Petya and Gavrik from the story “A single sail grows white”.
