Mosaic panels “Lesser kestrel”” and “”The Tree of Life”””

Year of creation: 1967nThese mosaic panels, which are “the golden page” in the annals of Mariupol monumental art, were created by a group of artists under the direction of Alla Gorska. The panels symbolize the creative search for the artists of the sixties, their love of life and the desire for freedom. Lesser kestrel or falcon is able to hang in the air for a long time. According to the authors, both the name and the color scheme of the “Lesser kestrel” panel emotionally unite the place where the mosaic is located, with the sea. Both mosaics, the “Tree of Life” and “Lesser kestrel” are on the UNESCO World Heritage List and, without a doubt, are now of great value.
