Pate is perfect for having leisurely family dinners. In the fall of 2016, a new chef, Dmitry Stvolkov, came to the restaurant. The menu remained focused on Russian cuisine: served burbot liver with egg salad and rye croutons, pies from an oven of eight kinds, borsch and fish soup, dumplings of three kinds of meat or from Nekrasov pike, crucian fried with onions in sour cream, cherry dumplings with apples and raisins and other joys.
