Back in the 16th century, a wooden Resurrection Church was built on this site at the expense of Eustafius Dashkevich, where the priest was Job Boretsky, the future Metropolitan of Kiev. In 1653 the church was described by the traveler Pavel Alepsky.nStone Resurrection Church was built, according to some data in 1670. nDuring the fire of 1811, the church was significantly damaged, however, cornices, window trimming and pilasters were preserved.nUnfortunately, the tragic 1930s did not bypass the Resurrection Church. Тhe church with a bell tower was most likely destroyed in 1935. Now this place is a residential building built in the late 1930s.
