San Francisco Museum of Modern Art

The San Francisco Museum of Modern Art (SFMOMA) is an art museum in San Francisco, which houses an extensive collection of works of art from the late 19th and 21st centuries. The collection includes more than 29,000 works of painting, graphics, sculpture, photography and architecture, as well as art objects representing modern media arts. The collection of paintings and sculptures includes 7,000 works created from 1900 to the present, from fauvism and cubism to pop art and minimalism, with particular attention paid to abstract expressionism, conceptualism, German expressionism and the art of California.
