Until 2000 St. Andrew’s religious community of the city gathered in a converted cinema room. The temple was named in honor of the Apostle Andrew the First-Called. St. Andrew’s cathedral is decorated with a huge central dome and two small domes on the sides. Nearby stands a tall bell tower.
