Description

The State Sports Museum was founded by historian Igor Borisov and opened on June 4, 1987. The Sports Museum Fund has over 80 thousand exhibits reflecting the achievements of Soviet and Russian athletes. The State Sports Museum ranks first in terms of the number of exhibits per square meter among the world’s sports museums. In its halls there are exhibits that have no analogues.
