The Frick Collection

The Frick Collection is a private collection of old Western European painting, located on Fifth Avenue in New York. It presents almost all the “old masters” – from Cimabue and Piero della Francesca to Chardin and David. Among the exhibits are canvases of major European masters. Also in the museum are several sculptures, Limoges porcelain, 18th century French furniture and oriental carpets. In addition to the permanent exhibits, small thematic exhibitions are periodically organized in the museum.
