The hydropark is located on the site of the former bridgehead settlement, destroyed in 1943 during the occupation of Kiev. Created in 1965-1968 as a water-entertainment complex with many beaches, water attractions, boat stations.nOn the territory of the Hydropark Park “Kiev in miniature” is located. Currently, there are a large number of places of entertainment in Gidropark – discos, restaurants, etc.
