The Museum of Historical Treasures of Ukraine

The Museum of Historical Treasures of Ukraine contains one of the richest collections of gold products in the CIS countries. The museum is a kind of precious chronicle of Ukraine from the Bronze Age to the present. The main fund of the museum has 56 thousand items of archeology and everyday art made of precious stones and metals.nThe exhibits presented in the museum include the famous treasures of the grave mounds “Gaymanova Grave”, “Fat Grave”, “Oguz” – Scythian burials, the creation of which date back to the 4th century BC. The masterpiece of the collection is the famous golden Scythian pectoral found in the burial of Fat Grave.nThe museum exposition is presented in nine halls according to the historical and chronological principle.
