Description

The park named after the 300th anniversary of St. Petersburg – the youngest in St. Petersburg – was founded in 1995 to perpetuate the anniversary – 300 years from the founding of the city. The area of ​​the park was 89 hectares. By 2003, the territory of the park was landscaped, shore protection and backfilling were carried out. In addition, work was done to create a storm and general alloy sewage system, lawns were broken and a fence was installed. However, after the celebration of the anniversary of St. Petersburg, significant parts of the park were seized from him and transferred to the construction of commercial real estate. From the initial 89 hectares, the park area was reduced to 54 hectares.
