In the basement of the powder tower there is a free Museum of the city’s history, and from the observation deck there is a magnificent view of the Gulf of Odessa and the port. By the way, in the 70s-80s of the last century there was a billiard room very close by, in which they shot some scenes of the film “The meeting place cannot be changed.”
