One of its parts from the street. Kuibyshev to Lenin Ave. is a pedestrian. Weiner Street is one of the oldest in the city; it was laid in the middle of the 18th century. Along it there are merchant mansions, city estates, former trading shops, administrative buildings, most of which were built in the late XIX – first half of the XX centuries.
