Boris Grinchenko – a writer, translator, literary critic, linguist, theoretician and historian of Ukrainian lexicography, folklorist, ethnographer, journalist, publisher, social and cultural activist.nThe monument to Boris Grinchenko was installed on the alley leading to the administrative building of the National University named after him. The monument was created at the expense of students and teachers of the university and educators of the capital on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the independence of Ukraine.n
