Description

Gostiny Dvor Tyumen was not lucky. Its construction was provided for in the master plan of 1766. The place was chosen competently – on the banks of the Tura, where ships with goods could land. But only after 60 years, the chief city architect developed a project that again fell into a long drawer until 1837.
