The first floor of the building, which decently settled over time, according to the tradition of that era, was built of stone, the second – of wood. Carved platbands appeared a little later, when the building was acquired by the merchant Kolokolnikov. In 1837, the future Emperor Alexander II stopped on the territory of the house.
