One of the most popular and famous museums in the technical field both in Yekaterinburg and throughout the Sverdlovsk region. It was founded by a relative of Alexander Stepanovich M.V. Gulyaeva and one of the oldest radio operators in Yekaterinburg F.P. Sislicin. The location of the museum was not chosen by chance; it was located in the house of a formerly relative of Popov, clergyman G.I. Levitical husband sister. It was here that Alexander lived when he studied at a religious school.nnThe museum provides an opportunity to see how the radio equipment has evolved from the very first home-made radios to modern equipment. In one of the halls you can see the models of exhibits that Popov developed or used in his experiments. For example, one of the oldest Morse devices can be seen in the work. The guide will also tell about other devices in the hall. One of the halls talks about the radio equipment used in military structures. You will see artifacts from walkie-talkies to ultra-sensitive equipment. The exposition, which is dedicated to the history of sound recorders, is presented and includes to this day working gramophone, phonograph, gramophone and other players of different generations. I really liked the TVs, and especially liked the first TV, which is a small box and a glass bulge. There are a lot of exhibits, most of them are in working condition, and some of them are shown to tourists.
