Description

Construction started in 1940. Built in 1953, traffic on the bridge was opened on November 5, 1953.nThe length is 1543 m. To increase traffic safety in 1968 a semi-rigid decorative and artistic fence was arranged on the Paton Bridge (for the first time in the USSR). nThe entrance to the bridge from the right bank is decorated with Doric order cuts, from the left – two columns with a height of 20 m.
