[fbl_login_button redirect="" hide_if_logged="" size="large" type="continue_with" show_face="true"]The building was built in 1887–88 on the site of the guardhouse by order of Odessa businessman Liebman Bernhard Ernestovich, who produced and sold bread and confectionery in Odessa in 1867.nThe project architect is Mesner, with the participation of Morgulis and Nissa. nThe house was known in Odessa due to the location of a bakery and a candy store, as well as a cafe with billiard rooms (equipped separately from the common room) – the Liebman coffee shop.
