Recyclable Museum

Recyclable Museum – one of the museums of Kyiv, which contains samples of things thrown to people in a landfill. It is located on the territory of the Kyivvortortorresursy plant, which is engaged in the procurement, primary processing and processing of paper, polymeric, textile, rubber and glass wastes, scrap metal.nAnother name for the museum is “The Museum of Unnecessary Items”.nThe museum collection began to take shape in 1943. Later, people began to deliberately bring here unnecessary things to them.nThe museum collection contains a large number of exotic and antique items. Among the exhibits of the museum are: an old samovar with a boot, one of the first vacuum cleaners in the Russian Empire, the first issue of the Lenin newspaper Iskra in 1900, old cameras, Lenin statues, etc.
