Rike Park

Rike Park is a park in Tbilisi, on the left bank of the Kura River. Rike is the newest city park; it was built in 2010. The park is planted with trees that did not have time to grow stronger, because in the summer there is no coolness characteristic of other parks in it yet.nThe pedestrian bridge of Peace adjoins the park, connecting it with the Old Town of Tbilisi. Not far from the park is the Metekhi Bridge. The park is connected by cable car to the Narikala fortress. Due to its location, Rike Park is a very popular place for walking among tourists and residents. A concert on Independence Day of Georgia is traditionally held in Rike Park.
