Staten Island Zoo

Staten Island Zoo is a small zoo located in Staten Island, one of the boroughs of New York. The main goal of the Staten Island Zoo is to spread knowledge of zoology by demonstrating the way of life of wild animals. Thanks to the exhibition halls and educational programs, employees seek to increase visitors’ knowledge and their understanding of the nature’s vulnerability and the problems facing it. The Staten Island Zoo collection is represented by various exibits of the animal world contained in specialized pavilions and in the open air.
