Description

It’s common for Ottawa restaurants to take inspiration from a particular cuisine without wholly embodying that culinary style. Town does it neatly with Italian eats: Barbecue octopus and lamb bolognese look to the Mediterranean and central Italy, respectively, but chef-owner Marc Doiron makes these dishes new and creative instead of attempting to recreate classics thousands of miles away.
