Vake Park is a city park in Tbilisi, located between Chavchavadze Avenue, Mishveladze Streets and the rise of Nino Tskhvedadze. The name “Vake” also bears the district of Tbilisi, where the “Vake” park is located. “Vake” in translation from Georgian means “plain”, and the park is really located on a flat area.nThe park was opened in 1946 on the territory of the former wasteland.
