The author is Odessa landscape architect Maxim Yakovlevich Sereda. Contrary to the recommendation of Gosstroy, the construction of the park was conducted with isolation of designer supervision and proper control over the construction progress. The artificial landscape is represented by slides and ponds, islands connected to the coast by bridges. Reservoirs are the main compositional axis of the entire park and a quiet recreation area, equipped with fountains. They contain carp, crucian carp, koi, silver carp, catfish, pike, turtles, ducks and swans live. Among the usual pines, maples and oaks on the territory grows many rare tree species. It was in this park that some scenes of the film “The Adventures of Electronics” were filmed, a scene where Electronics is interested in dogs near an artificial reservoir.
