Golda Meir – the national heroine of the state of Israel – one of its founders and the fifth prime minister. She did not have rich parents, but there was wisdom and incredible strength of character. She is called a Jew who changed history.nGoldie Meir’s bronze plaque is mounted on the facade of the building where she was born and spent her childhood. Solemnly opened on November 23, 1998 – to the 100th anniversary of birth. The opening ceremony was attended by the daughter of Goldie Meir Sarah. The initiator of the board installation is the Jewish Council of Ukraine.
