The house was given to occupy officers of the occupying administration. On the celestial sphere, supported by the Atlanteans, a swastika was depicted.nIt is considered one of the main attractions and business cards of Odessa. The sculptural group became the brand name of the Optimum book publishing house for the “All Odessa” book series and the official emblem of the World Club of Odessans.
