Lincoln Center

The Lincoln Center is the largest cultural center in New York, the seat of the world famous Metropolitan Opera and a number of other cultural institutions. The Lincoln Center publishes avenues and cultural magazines, including well-known outside the US, Opera News and Film Comment magazines. The Performing Arts Center, named after US President Abraham Lincoln, is a complex of twelve buildings designed for various public cultural events and educational purposes – concert halls, opera and drama theaters, film centers, etc.
