Pinky’s public presence rests entirely on a rarely updated Instagram account that lists the hours and address, and yet the place manages to stay packed night after night. The dimly lit interior is marginally illuminated by 100 light sources in a variety of colors, each refracted by mirrors, plants, and tinsel.
