Four seasons in Sochi – which one to choose?

Until recently, Sochi was considered to be exclusively a summer seaside resort. In Soviet times, crowded beach in Sochi was at the hearing of the whole country. The beautiful motels in the style of Stalin’s Empire, Matsesta baths, lush subtropical vegetation, were all indispensable attributes of prestigious guests. After the Olympic games of 2014 have been actively developing ski tourism in Krasnaya Polyana. In addition, there are so-called off season – spring and autumn, which also have their charms. Consider the pros and cons of all four seasons in Sochi.

1. Winter.

Krasnaya Polyana, Sochi

In the spotlight – Krasnaya Polyana. Come here not only fans of skiing, snowboarding and other winter sports, but also lovers of the beautiful snow-covered mountain scenery. On new year holidays in hotels full house, lift queues, ski equipment hire can not provide everyone. Therefore, we recommend to go here since mid-January. At the same time in the coastal zone of lull, prices for accommodation are minimal. Many of them provide Shuttle service to Krasnaya Polyana, so it is quite possible to live with the sea and every day to ski.

2. Spring.

In March, around the city of Mimosa blossoms, in April, the parks, the arboretum and the Southern culture of Sakura blossoms, and in may the centre of Sochi, has traditionally encouraged a sea of tulips.

Skiing is still ongoing (until about may), and the prices are much lower than in the high winter season. A good time for the economy travelers.

3. Summer.

On the coast high season, prices in seaside hotels bite. But in the hotels of Krasnaya Polyana on the contrary, lull, prices fall. Plus mountain accommodation can be considered fresh mountain air and the lack of summer heat. Shuttle to the sea a krasnopolyanskiy hotels provide for free. The cleanest sea in June, and the warm – in August. The abundance of cultural and entertainment events throughout the summer can satisfy any taste.

4. Autumn.

September and first half of October – the velvet season. The sea is still warm, but the people have less, and the atmosphere is more relaxed. November can be rainy and cool, but this time has its advantages. Hotels reduce prices and attract additional service. Autumn is the best choice for lovers of Spa treatment.
As you can see, a vacation in Sochi at any time of the year can be attractive. Sea, evergreen vegetation, mountains, lakes, waterfalls always pleasing to the eye, and the numerous excursion routes are good in any season! relaxed
