Marina d’or reopens in June after a complete renovation of the facilities under new management

The complete renovation of its facilities in a time rcord has been “quite a challenge” as Jos Luis Mir, president of Almar Consulting, has already prepared for the tourist complex par excellence of the Valencian Community to work at full capacity
The Marina d’or hotel complex, in Oropesa Del Mar, reopens its doors on June 1st with the “completely” renovation of your facilities hand in hand with the company architecture and Engineering Services Almar Consulting and the manager of tourist assets GAT, who took over the management of the company at the end of the year.
According to sources of Almar Consulting, a company specialized in Project Management, the project of adaptation and rehabilitation of assets carried out by Almar, since January 2021, adds more than 145.315, 44 square meters. The main tasks are to remedy the deficiencies and pathologies existing throughout the complex, as well as the repair of leaks and the repair and replacement of machinery, among other actions.
The assets where Almar Consulting carries out the operation management are three hotels (Duque and Playa, four stars, and Spa, five), five amusement parks and two special facilities: the cogeneration plant and smosis. Jos Luis Mir, president of Almar Consulting, has valued this Thursday the “deployment of means so important” to carry out this reopening :” at the level of execution it has been a real challenge for the mobilization of the necessary suppliers and materials in such a short space of time”.
Segn Mir, for the sector “it is important that tourist assets with so much demand in the English and German markets are reopened to boost the recovery of the sector”. The evaluations and current work of Almar Consulting and GAT, have indicated the same sources, ” allow to ensure that the tourist complex par excellence in the Valencian Community get back in full swing (hotels and facilities / water parks) from June of this year ” after being closed since last November.
