Many countries remain closed to tourism, others are open but require negative PCR, quarantine and certificates, and all hold the traveler responsible for the consequences of going around the world when the pandemic has not been controlled. If you are going to travel abroad this summer, take these measures into account.

The arrival of good weather and end of alarm status predispose to plan the summer holidays and the great tripsbut the pandemic and security measures remain more or less stringent in most countries. And they change without warning, making planning difficult.

Here are some recommendations and restrict to tourists in some of the main destinations chosen by the Spaniards:
UNITED STATES
The entry of foreigners who have been in any country of the Schengen Area (to which Spain belongs) in the previous 14 days. Those travelers who, because they are included in the exceptions, or because they have obtained an authorization from the U.S. embassy in Madrid can travel to U.S. territory, must have a viral test negative performed in the previous 72 hours, or proof of having effectively recovered from the virus.
MEXICO
It is advisable to limit trips to those strictly necessary. While no restrictions to enter, the declaration of health emergency in the country-with a red light (critical situation) in several states-has led to the introduction of preventive and restrictive measures (closure of hotels, restaurants, entertainment venues, and limitations on circulation on some roads and cities), which vary according to the states.
CUBA
The incidence of the pandemic has worsened in the country in the last month, so the authorities have taken measures to reduce the contagions, although the main airports are open. Negative PCR is required at least 72 hours prior to flight and meet isolation in designated hotel facilities. A PCR proof of payment is also required at the airport and a second PCR test is required on the fifth day of arrival. Hotels and tourist rental houses in Cuba are open and are allowed movement interprovincial for both residents and tourists, although there may be specific restrictions.
DOMINICAN REPUBLIC
In view of the extension of the Emergency Declaration, travelers are advised to reconsider their travel plans to the island of La Espaola. However, no type of test will be requested prior to entering the country or mass tests will be performed upon arrival, but random tests quick application. There is no restriction on internal mobility.
ARGENTINA
The Government has decreed a health emergency until December 31, 2021 that includes the border closures and prohibition of entry of non-resident aliens.
ECUADOR
It is recommended not to travel to Ecuador except for “exceptional and urgent” reasons. Every traveler must present a PCR test o negative antigen test performed up to three days before arrival in the country or covid-19 vaccination card.
COLOMBIA
No limitations at the entrance of passengers from Spain. Foreigners who do not have a courtesy visa or are diplomatic, must have proof PCR negative made in a period not exceeding 96 hours before boarding. In case of not having such a test, it can be performed in Colombia and make preventive isolation until it has a negative result or perform a preventive isolation of 14 days.
MOROCCAN
The authorities have suspended the connections between Morocco and Spain until, at least, the June 10th.
XNXX

All travelers must present on arrival a negative PCR test, in English or Arabic, performed no more than 72 hours before the flight.
KENYAN
It is recommended not to travel to Kenya unless strictly necessary. Travellers from Spain will be able to enter with a PCR negative performed within 96 hours prior to travel and are not required to perform quarantine.
TANZANIA
Travel to Tanzania is strongly discouraged due to the pandemic. The contagion covid have exploded, especially in tourist areas such as Zanzbar and Arusha and Dar es Salaam. CHINA
China maintains the entrance suspension of foreign citizens without a residence permit.
JAPAN
It is recommended not to make unnecessary or non-urgent trips. It prohibit entry in the country to non-Japanese, except residents or persons who are considered as exceptional humanitarian cases.
THAI
Although the borders remain formally closed, Spaniards wishing to travel to Thailand can do so only by avinwith an entry permit issued by the embassy. In addition, they must comply with a quarantine of 14 days in officially authorized hotels, although they are vaccinated. The costs of stay are borne by the individual, in addition to having a negative PCR, made in the previous 72 hours and a medical insurance whose policy covers all medical treatments including covid-19 with a minimum value of 100,000 US dollars (82,200 euros).
